should share half the expenser of: the Lock Establishment. – I think the amount of annual contribution to be borne by the Army and Nowy, to constitute this half, had better
be arranged in England by Returns from the two Services, showing the number of Mew employed st -Hong Kong, and this Returns. might fairly exclude married Soldiers living with their wives in the Colony. -
